5 things to expect from Smackdown Live (09/08/16)

Well, with the New Zealand and Australia tour underway, the roster may be a tad depleted, however, the show must go on.

1. Crews proves his worth

After earning the right to challenge the Miz at SummerSlam, some doubts were raised about whether or not he was ready for the biggest push of his career. Now, he’ll have to since those doubters and prove his worth in the ring. With the Miz watching on, it’s time for Apollo Crews to drop the nice guy act and show his real in ring talent.

2. Orton Responds

After all, but beating Fandango last week, Orton was hit by a vicious F-5 by a vengeful Brock Lesnar. However, Orton didn’t have a chance to respond to this assault. Rest assured, however that Orton will be more than willing to send a message to Brock again this week. Be it in the ring on the microphone or hitting yet another superstar with an RKO from Outta Nowhere, he will make Brock aware.

3. Wyatt’s Wrath

After proving their worth and threat to the Smackdown Roster last week with a beat down of Ziggler and Ambrose after their matchup. So, with that in mind, what will the Wyatt’s have in store for the champ and his number one contender? Will they feel the Wyatt’s wrath or will Dean and Dolph dominate?

4. Eva actually debuts…

So, after last week’s failed first match due to ‘injury’ the arrogant but oh-so-lovely Eva Marie may finally debut on Smackdown this week. Becky will be seething that she never got her match and the Irish Lass Kicker will be set to take her on again this week, injury-free, of course.

5. Will Smackdown finally #SignHeathSlater?

General Manager Daniel Bryan last week announced that newest signing Rhyno will be facing the unsigned Heath Slater. And if the one-man band can avoid getting himself gored in half by Rhyno, he will get himself a Smackdown Live contract. Finally, could we witness the singing of Heath Slater BAYBAAAAAY?

So that’s what to expect from tonight’s Smackdown Live, be sure to visit the site tomorrow to read my full recap.
