NFL Podcast: Falcons-Packers rematch highlights intriguing Week 2 schedule

After a Week 1 full of surprises, Editor-in-Chief Gur and NFL editor Toby look back at last weekend, and ahead to Week 2.

The Patriots lost, the Jaguars won, David Johnson got hurt, and Chuck Pagano didn’t know where he was. It was just your average Week 1 in the NFL!

In the first of a weekly podcast this season, RealSport’s resident NFL experts Gur Samuel and Toby Durant bring you analysis and insight into a surprising lack of offense in Week 1 and look ahead to some games with big playoff implications already.

In a rematch of last year’s NFC championship game, can the Green Bay Packers (1-0) upset the opening of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium and gain some revenge over the Atlanta Falcons (1-0)? Both labored to victory in Week 1 but will need to be at full speed in the Sunday Night Football matchup this week.

Meanwhile, the Pittsburgh Steelers (1-0) look to stamp their authority on the AFC against a Minnesota Vikings (1-0) that are ready to step out of the shadows and into the spotlight after their domination of New Orleans on Monday night.

Gur & Toby discuss why some offenses are struggling and point to an offensive line crisis for a number of teams as well as discussing the merits of the yet-unseen Tampa Bay Buccaneers and if they can break their playoff drought.

Think the guys missed something? Tune into the RealSport facebook page every Thursday at 5pm and you can watch live and leave questions! (Excuse the early technical issues. They get solved!)
