NFL Draft Order 2015: what changed after the Bills victory?


Last night saw Rex Ryan’s triumphant return to Metlife Stadium as his Bills took a 22-17 victory over the Jets, largely off the back of several turnovers. With the first game of Week 10 in the books, how does it effect the draft order?

Firstly, the Bills’ victory means that they are currently sitting in the 5th seed for the AFC. Obviously, this drops the Jets out of the 21+ range (where all playoff teams are ordered – you can read how RealSport rank spots 21-32 here.) As the only team picking 1-20 with a winning record, the Jets take the #20 slot, knocking the Seahawks up one place. With a weaker strength of schedule, the Bills slot in to #21, dropping the Steelers down a spot to #22. There’s also been some changes to some team’s strengths of schedule, meaning that the Bucs and Chiefs get a definite order (previously, their position would have to have been determined by coin flip).
