FIFA 16 Bournemouth: Complete Guide For Career Mode

FIFA 16 Bournemouth – For those gamers that don’t like playing online, manager mode is their FIFA haven. A place where you can take apart any team you want, and completely construct a new one, however you please. Sometimes it helps to have a helping hand in explaining how to best use different teams on Career Mode So, RealSport have devised a team-by-team guide for anyone looking to start a manager mode on FIFA 16. For a full list of the guides to the other 19 Premier League teams, click here. A list of some other useful FIFA guides: Complete Premier League Team-By-Team Guide For Completing Career Mode:

General Tips

  • Always choose the lenient option when selecting your ‘financial strictness’. This way you get 85% of the money that the board receives from outgoing transfers to spend on new players
  • Use the new ‘Training’ feature – even if you can’t be bothered to always carry out the drills, simulate 5 drills every week, it’s a useful way to help your players grow outside of matches

Budget

  • Transfer budget – £11.5m
  • Wage budget – £60k

What the team needs

  • Striker
  • Centre-back

Who you should get rid of

A general rule here is to sell off players that are old (31+), as on FIFA, their ratings can deteriorate pretty fast, so it’s best to cash in on them while they’re still valuable. Below are the names of the Bournemouth players you should get rid of and the lowest value at which you should sell that player:

  • Baily Cargill – £300k
  • Junior Stanislas – £550k
  • Jordan Lee – £140k
  • Josh Wakefield – £80k

Total Received = £1.1m New Budget = £12.1m

Who you should buy (with the smaller budget)

If you can, aim to sign younger players, as FIFA has this thing for making a majority of all decent young players develop pretty well, even if they don’t in real life. If you can’t sell the ‘deadweight’ players, the following are those you can sign within your original budget (£11.5m):

Name: Divock Origi (76)

Cost: £8m from Liverpool

Is he worth it?

  • If you can negotiate a deal to make Liverpool part ways with Origi for just £8m, you may have made the signing of the season
  • A starting four of Origi-Wilson-Atsu-Grade leaves you well prepared to avoid the drop

Alternative optionImoh Ezekiel (75) – £7.5m (Anderlecht)

Name: Jeremiah St Juste (70)

Cost: £3m from Heerenveen

Is he worth it?

  • Given Bournemouth’s budget, you couldn’t ask for a better signing than St Juste, who at £3.3m is beyond value-for-money, given that he will grow to somewhere around 84 overall.
  • You just have to be patient with him. If you want someone more suited to contribute in the here and now, sign Balanta

Alternative option – Eder Alvarez Balanta (74) – £3.3m (River Plate)

Who you should buy (with the larger budget)

If you do manage to sell the ‘deadweight’ players listed above, these are the extra players you should think about signing. Each player’s rating is shown in brackets:

Name: Munir (73)

Cost: Loan from Barcelona

Is he worth it?

  • Bournemouth’s budget means you can only make a few loan signings after shifting the suggested ‘deadweight’ players
  • If your wage budget allows you a loan signing or two, Munir should be your first port of call

Name: Jordon Ibe (71)

Cost: Loan from Liverpool

Is he worth it?

  • If you have enough wages available after signing Munir, you can use Munir as your backup striker, and Ibe can step-in whenever one of Gradel, Atsu or Richie gets injured
