Leicester 1-2 Chelsea: 5 things we learned


Chelsea will be confident of making a second consecutive FA Cup final after getting past Leicester and being given a favourable draw against Southampton in the semi-final.

Alvaro Morata finally got a goal, finishing ably after Willian drove through the midfield and played a perfect through ball. Chelsea took a 1-0 lead into the second half, but Leicester grew into the game and their pressure told when Jamie Vardy scored a scrappy goal following a series of blocks and saves in Chelsea's six-yard box.

In extra time, substitute Pedro headed in the winning goal for Chelsea, although Kasper Schmeichel should have been more authoritative in claiming the cross.
