The San Antonio Spurs will try to maintain their unbeaten start to the season with a strong road win in Orlando. Their last match was a strong 117-100 win against the Miami Heat. LaMarcus Aldridge shone once more with 31 points, while Rudy Gay was a bright spark off the bench, scoring 22.
Orlando have also had an impressive start to their campaign, winning three out of their first four games, including an impressive blowout win against the Cavaliers last Saturday. Their last game was a close win against the Brooklyn Nets in a high-scoring affair. Aaron Gordon dominated with 41 points and 14 boards. Evan Fournier also put up 28 points off 60% shooting from the field. Elfrid Payton could be out again with a hamstring injury, so it’s up to DJ Augustin to lead the point.
Keys to the game
Offense vs defense – The Magic have been one of the top teams offensively this season, and the Spurs one of the best defenses, so it will be interesting to see two strong suits clash.
Rebounding battle – Both teams are also strong rebounders, so this game could be won or lost on which wins the battle of the boards.
Payton’s absence – Orlando have been playing well even without starting point guard Payton, but against a tough defensive lineup like the Spurs his playmaking ability could be a big miss.
Matchup to watch
Aaron Gordon vs LaMarcus Aldridge – Both players have started the season hot, and will look forward to go head to head in this one.

The Spurs are a five-point favorite in this match, and they should be able to cover the spread on account of a strong defensive display.
Orlando won’t go down easy, but the Spurs will still win by around six points.
