At the moment there are multiple packs that are available in NBA 2K22 MyTEAM, however, these might have the best value.
The Best of MyTEAM Super Packs only cost 11,250K VC. The only problem is you can't use MT and that there are no Deluxe Packs available.
These packs are full to the brim of Dark Matter cards, there are also a few boxes available, let's take a look at those.

The new cards available are the Invincible Vince Carter, the Dark Matter Shai Gilgeous-Alexander in the MyTEAM Anniversary set, Khris Middleton, and Michael Ray Richardson as rewards in Triple Threat, Triple Threat Online: The 100, and Clutch Time.

Top cards in this NBA 2K22 MyTEAM set
As always, there are some cards within the set that are better than others. The good news is that the group is primarily Dark Matter cards.
The lowest-grade card is the 95 OVR Shaquille O'Neal from the New Year's Resolution set. So, you'll more than likely grab a Dark Matter. The Next Packs are also included in this group.

At the moment there aren't any Locker Codes available for the NBA 2K22 MyTEAM Best of MyTEAM Packs. There aren't any Skill Challenges either.
However, there are Skill Challenges for the Melo & Melo End Game Packs and the Shaq & Kobe Packs. Each of them offers a free pack in exchange.
