NBA 2K22 MyTEAM: Hoopsmas Promo Rewards, Login Prizes & Locker Codes

It seems as if NBA 2K22 MyTEAM is trying to get everyone in the holiday spirit with the Hoopsmas promotion that is live right now!

Each day, when players log into MyTEAM, they'll receive a free Hoopsmas pack that can contain some great rewards. We're also hoping for an extra special Christmas reward.

NBA 2K22 MyTEAM potential Christmas Rewards

It hasn't been announced yet, but Hoopsmas should bring some incredible Christmas rewards on Christmas Day, right? In previous years, this was a day that every player was excited about.

Unfortunately, the Hoopsmas promo has only brought decorated basketballs and gold contracts, but we're still expecting that one big gift to be under the Christmas tree.

Last year, in NBA 2K21, we received a free Pink Diamond player. This was an incredible gift and hopefully, it makes its way under our tree this year.

NBA 2K22 Hoopsmas Rewards so far

Now, to be fair, we're only a few days into Hoopsmas, but some NBA 2K22 players are upset at what rewards have been revealed. Honestly, we can see where the frustration comes from.

So far, we've received gold contracts and Season 3 Iced Out basketballs, which aren't worth very much. Especially when the rewards around this time last year were free Pink Diamond players.

Now that we're in the week leading up to Christmas and there are only 11 days of Hoopmas left, we should see better rewards in NBA 2K22 MyTEAM.

We'd really like to see a free Pink Diamond reward on Christmas Day to keep up with last years game. We'll be sure to keep you up to speed on all the new NBA 2K22 Hoopsmas rewards.

NBA 2K22 MyTEAM Hoopsmas Promotion Release Date

In an effort to keep NBA 2K22 MyTEAM filled with players over the holidays, the 2K team is introducing Hoopsmas to the popular game mode.

The great news is, this promotion will extend all the way until the end of the year, giving players free Hoopsmas packs each day. Keep in mind, to claim these packs you'll have to log into MyTEAM.

This means that from December 17, 2021, until December 31, 2021, you'll get a free pack each day as long as you load up NBA 2K22 MyTEAM.

The question most players are asking is, "What's in the Hoopsmas Packs?". We'll cover the potential NBA 2K22 MyTEAM Hoopsmas rewards below.

NBA 2K22 MyTEAM Hoopsmas Rewards

As we said above, each day you login to NBA 2K22 MyTEAM over the next fourteen days, you'll receive a Hoopsmas pack.

Within these packs could be a couple of different things, VC rewards, MT, a Contracts pack, or Candy Cane cards which can be exhanged for Present Event Cards and redeemed for other rewards.

Now we know it seems a little wonky with the exchanging of Candy Cane Event Cards for Present Event Cards, but the more you get used to the trade-off in NBA 2K22 MyTEAM, the easier it'll be.

Hoopsmas in MyCAREER

If you're a strict NBA 2K22 MyCAREER player, you'll be able to get in on the Hoopsmas action as well and claim presents in front of the Christmas tree by the Rec.

We noticed a few things in the Hoopsmas image above that says "Dunk the Halls" and "Naughty or Nice" we think that these could be potential game modes or events added over the next two weeks.

As far as we can tell, the Candy Cane Event Cards and Present Event Cards will not transfer from NBA 2K22 MyTEAM.

You might be able to earn more presents by completing quests in The City and Cancha Del Mar. As of right now, the rewards seem to be mostly VC-based. However, we'll keep you updated here.
