MLB The Show 23 is fast approaching and we're getting plenty of Feature Premier's coming out, teasing us with the latest innovations, with the most recent one coming for Road to the Show (RTTS).
RTTS will once again provide you with a premier Career Mode experience, letting you develop your character as your try to make it big time on MLB The Show 23.

MLB The Show 23 Road to the Show (RTTS)
Road to the Show in MLB The Show 23 is a single-player Career Mode experience that lets you reenact the progression of a pro baseball player.
The game mode has been getting increasingly better year after year, with a big upgrade coming in MLB The Show 21 when it came to current-gen consoles for the first time.
One of the main features of the mode is levelling up your character, developing their attributes through performances and training to suit your playstyle and becoming the best around.
That is accompanied by the storylines offered, not just getting from the Minor to Major League, but also interacting with your teammates in the clubhouse and the insights provided in cameos from some of the best-known announcers, coaches, managers and legendary players!
MLB The Show 23 Release Date
The MLB The Show 23 release date is just around the corner, with the acclaimed baseball title coming on Tuesday, 28 March.
Of course, fans of the franchise will be able to get on MLB The Show 23 sooner via Pre-Order bonuses and Early Access.
The window for Pre-Orders opened on Monday, 6 February, with four editions of the game being released.
Each edition comes with different bonuses, with the Digital Deluxe and The Captain Editions both offering four days of Early Access, starting on Friday, 24 March.
RTTS Feature Premier
Sony San Diego has released another Feature Premier, this time focussing on Road to the Show in MLB The Show 23.
There aren't many new innovations to shout about, with an improved Ballplayer Hub, better immersion and On the Field Training returning - where you can only increase your attributes!
The main new feature is Face Scan, allowing you to take a selfie and import that into the game.
It's quick and easy, you just need to download the MLB The Show Companion App to do so.
You can still make adjustments to your features after importing your face scan into the game, but the scan should save you plenty of time

New Features
Sony San Diego has kept the Road to the Show mode fresh by constantly innovating and bringing in new features, although there aren't many sweeping changes coming in MLB The Show 23.
However, it is important to remember that being able to develop specific attributes of your ballplayer and the archetype system were only just introduced in MLB The Show 22.
Rivalry Games were also introduced, which really tried to amp up the tension and atmosphere before big games with new cut scenes and crowd noises to set the mood.
The expansion of cast members continues, giving more authenticity to the mode due to the number of cameos from central figures in the world of baseball, with more joining the team in MLB The Show 23.
The main new features coming in Road to the Show are:
- Improved Ballplayer Hub
- Dynamic Challenge 2.0 - uses an improved UI that doesn't take over the screen
- On the Field Training has returned - where you can only increase attributes
- New Draft cut scene
- Added segments from Robert Flores, Jake Peavy and Carlos Pena on the MLB Network
- Face Scan - take a selfie on the MLB The Show Companion App then import it into the game
MLB The Show 23 Ratings
After months of waiting, MLB The Show 23 players' ratings have finally been revealed.
The ratings reveal is one of the most expected moments of every MLB The Show game. It allows fans to finally see the stats of the best players in the game, increasing the excitement for the new game release even more.
Fans also got access to the MLB teams' ratings, with the best five-player of every team being displayed.
New York Yankees superstar, Aaron Judge, received a 99 OVR and is once again among the best players in the game.
Shohei Otani, Mike Trout, Paul Goldschmidt, and Jacob deGrom, didn´t fall behind the New York Yankees player, as they have a 99 OVR too.
Justin Verlander had a 98 OVR, with Mookie Betts, Max Scherzer, and Nolan Arenado, coming a little bit behind with a 96 OVR rating. Corbin Burnes is the tenth-best player in the game, with a 95 OVR.
It's worth noting that, these ratings are just for Franchise Mode, Road To The Show, and all the other game modes apart from Diamond Dynasty.
