If you're a veteran Diamond Dynasty player in MLB The Show 22, you already know just how valuable the activation of Double XP Week can be.

While active, all gameplay XP will be doubled across any game mode in MLB The Show 22 whether it's in Diamond Dynasty or not.

However, it's key to note that Program XP, which is awarded in chunks when completing the Archetype Programs for your Ballplayer and in other ways, will not be doubled and these methods will still provide their preset XP totals.

Double XP Week began at Noon PT on Thursday, April 21, 2022 and is set for an end date and time of Friday, April 29, 2022 at 11am PT.

This means that Double XP won't just be active through the weekend, but they've got it going through the final duration of the Faces of the Franchise featured program.

How to finish Faces of the Franchise with Double XP

If you're still working your way through Faces of the Franchise to snag the bosses and other rewards, Double XP is the perfect opportunity to wrap things up.

While you can still play through other game modes like Franchise, March to October, or Road to the Show during Double XP Week, you'll get the most bang for your buck in Diamond Dynasty.

You'll see larger XP gains in online play, modes such as Ranked Seasons, Events, or Battle Royale, but these game modes are also the best way to earn Parallel XP.

There are several missions tied to the Faces of the Franchise featured program that give you Program XP for earning a set amount of Parallel XP with either specific players or those in a given division.
