Trevor May reacts to his model in MLB The Show 21


MLB The Show 21 is still a few weeks away, but Minnesota Twins pitcher Trevor May got a sneak peek at the title and saw his in-game model up close.

MLB The Show 21 is set to land on next gen for the first time this year, and the graphics improvements definitely left an impression on the Minnesota Twins veteran.

In the video below which Trevor May posted to his personal Instagram, he takes a moment to really zoom in on his model in MLB The Show 21.

May can be seen in absolute shock, shouting to someone about the realism of the game and how "they got [his] blank patch" in the model's facial hair.

It's a tiny thing, but shows the attention to detail that's been taken with the character models for MLB The Show 21 as the title prepares to launch this month.

MLB The Show 21 goes next gen on multiple platforms

This will be the first year the game lands on Xbox consoles and on next gen, and MLB The Show 21 looks poised to take full advantage of that technology.

With new features like Stadium Creator and a full in-game video podcast added to Road to the Show on next gen versions of MLB The Show 21, there's plenty for players to look forward to.

We've seen stunning visuals in trailers already, but today's look by Trevor May really shows the insane detail developers took when crafting the most minute parts of MLB The Show 21.
