Trade Metric and Player Metric
Franchise Mode will feature two brand new systems for evaluating players in MLB The Show 21 - the Trade Metric, and the Player Metric.
The Trade Metric has been built to take into account a player's attributes, contract, and performances. This will then be used to evaluate players much more accurately for trades, but it isn't the only system used to evaluate players in MLB The Show 21 Franchise mode.
Pairing with the new Trade Metric, the Player Metric will also be a new evaluation tool coming to Franchise Mode this year.
This system will give you a player value beyond just what someone will net in trades, and takes into account their performances and attributes to set a dynamic value for your team.

Stadium Creator
That's right, the new MLB The Show 21 Stadium Creator is coming to Franchise Mode!
You'll be able to build your team and play ball in the stadium of your own creation as well this year, adding a whole new layer to make your mark.

Depth Chart
A new Depth Chart system in MLB The Show 21 will change how you look through your roster.
These new depth charts give additional insights into your players, including markers for players in their contract year, players who are on a hot streak, prospects that will soon come up, and more.
They will also allow you to toggle between years and see how your team will look up to 5 years in the future! This includes expiring contracts, growth, regression, and your projected budget.

Budget System
