When does Naraka Bladepoint come to PS4, PS5, and consoles in general?

Naraka Bladepoint has taken Steam by storm and it's just released fully to a fantastic reception. It might just look like another battle royale game, but Naraka Bladepoint has an unrivalled traversal mechanic and a surprising amount of depth when it comes to character customisation and ability loadouts. It really could represent the future of the genre if it sticks the landing... But, you have to imagine that it would need to release on consoles too in order to really cement its place in the genre. With that in mind, here's what we know about Naraka Bladepoint coming to PS5, Xbox Series X, and consoles in general.

Naraka Bladepoint was in open beta for quite a while on Steam, but now that it's out... We all want to know the same thing: When does Naraka Bladepoint come out on PS5, Xbox Series X, and consoles in general?

IGN has recently uploaded some gameplay footage of Naraka Bladepoint running on a PS5, which you can see below, but there's nothing from 24 Entertainment that mentions a specific release date.

Naraka Bladepoint was released on Steam and the Epic Games Store on August 12th - We should hear something about the PS5 version's release date soon.

What even is Naraka Bladepoint anyway?

Naraka Bladepoint is the next evolution of the battle royale genre; It has a lot of great stuff that sets it apart from its peers enough for it to make a lasting impression on the genre. It might look like Hunter's Arena - one of August 2021's PS Plus games - but it's actually quite a bit different.

Naraka Bladepoint's traversal system is really its selling point. Everyone has a grappling hook and Morus Island is pitched as an "interactive map" by the development team.
