When does Splitgate Season 0 end?

Splitgate has come a long way since its release into early access way back in 2019. With tonnes of meaningful changes and much better servers, the team are only looking forward to the future. This came through in our extended interview with Ian Proulx, the co-founder and CEO.

Needless to say, players are also looking forward to the future and that's why we're wondering what comes next after season 0. This is what we know and when we think it will end.

Splitgate Season 0 Start Date

Splitgate Season 0 started on August 25th this year, the same date as Gamescom Opening Night Live. It surprised launch alongside the show, letting in tonnes of players to unlock weapons on the brand new battle pass.

Alongside was a few brand new modes, a new map and tonnes of little changes to the overall game. Needless to say, season 1 will have to be big to match this launch. For the next season to start, the current one has to end though.

Splitgate Season 0 End Date

There is no official end date just yet but we may be able to piece it together from clues in the menu. If you head to the challenges tab and click on Seasonal challenges, you should spot the next stage starts on September 22nd. This is not the next season, just the next stage of the current season.

It says players will unlock a "Season challenges reward for completing all free challenges. There are currently six free challenges each month, meaning we should see 4 months of stages, until the end of this season.

If this all works out, we should see the next season by mid to late November. If this happens, that means seasons will last about four months each time, with new maps and modes to celebrate the next one. If any more information comes out or anything changes, we will let you know right here.
