Raid Shadow Legends: What is It?

At its core, Raid Shadow Legends is a turn-based combat game set in the fantasy world of Teleria which has been subjugated by the Dark Lord Siroth. The game features both PvE and PvP elements and revolves around the summoning and levelling up of champions through collected shards, similar to other popular games such as Genshin Impact.

Raid Shadow Legends is a free-to-play game that is available to play on both PC and mobile devices and primarily consists of a story-driven single-player campaign with twelve levels; all of which have seven stages and four levels of difficulty. The game's other main game modes are The Arena, which lets you go to battle against other players and its Clans where you can team up with players to fight powerful and imposing Clan Bosses together for advanced rewards.

Combat in Raid Shadow Legends is a simple four-type system with a type triangle similar to the Fire, Grass and Water types you'll commonly see in games like Pokémon with the fourth type being neutral. The champions in the game also have classes that affect their abilities and stats so the game is all about balancing the best selection of characters to get the best results.
