Contenders Legion Athena Series sign-ups for Valorant are now open!

The Contenders Legion are a new grassroots organisation who are in the European Valorant scene. The Athena Series is a tournament which only accepts females and those of marginalised genders in the EMEA region.

The content director, Jade "Cavade" Cavanagh said their core mission is to "make esports a more welcoming and inclusive space". Having gender-specific tournaments is a great way to highlight those who are less represented. We hope to see more from this organisation, but in the meantime let's look into their sign-ups.
