Street Fighter V Gfinity Elite Series Final Stream: Nordavind & Fnatic do battle one last time for share of £250,000

There have been eight weeks in the Gfinity Elite Series, and ten teams have been whittled down to just two for Street Fighter V.

Norwegian outfit Nordavind will face Fnatic in the final on Saturday, with winner claiming a share of the £250,000 prize pool for the Elite Series.

Both sides had to negotiate the playoffs after finishing second in each group, and Nordavind’s trio of Phenom, Saltykid and Momi conquered Epsilon 4-0 to head to last week’s semifinals.

As for Fnatic, a defeat in the final round of the group stage to Ares cost them direct qualification to the last four, but Akainu, Shakz and Zera also managed a 4-0 win to head to the semis.

Last week, Nordavind picked up another 4-0 clean sweep over Group B winners Ares to book their spot in the final.

Fnatic had a closer encounter against Group A table toppers Envy, but two wins for Akainu ensured a 4-2 win, booking their ticket for the final showdown.

The stream will go live at 20:00 BST on Saturday, April 28. Please wait a few seconds for the stream to load.
