Pokemon Unite Mobile Release COUNTDOWN: Release time, price and download details

Jump To

Pokemon Unite made a huge impact just a few months ago when it launched on Nintendo Switch. Seeing hundreds of thousands of players join up and get battling, it was only a matter of time until it made its way to Mobile. Before its release, here is everything you need to know about it's iOS and Android release time and more.

Pokemon Unite Mobile Release Time - Android & iOS

Pokemon Unite Mobile officially launches on September 22nd, a mere day from now. This leaves you very little time to get in there and play it for yourself.

This is the culmination of months of build-up, registrations and updates. The team are finally ready for the game to go live.

You can play Pokemon Unite mobile at 2 am CT / 8 am BST on Wednesday, September 22nd. Make sure to register for the game beforehand to play it the moment it goes live.

Pokemon Unite Mobile is entirely free to play on launch, with optional microtransactions to buy licenses to certain Pokemon. You can also upgrade items that your Pokemon can use.

Basically, to get the most of the game, the team want you to spend extra cash to get the best Pokemon and best Pokemon items.

Pokemon Unite Mobile Download Size

Pokemon Unite Mobile launches at 799.5MB but this should get larger with time as new Pokemon are added and new maps make their way to the game.

As soon as the Android download size is know, we'll let you know, but it should be about the same size.

When did it arrive on Switch?

Pokemon Unite finally launched on Nintendo Switch on July 21st.

Now, mere months later, it's coming to Mobile.

As of right now, the game is only planned for release on the Nintendo Switch and for Mobile. If the mobile port proves successful, it seems rather likely that the game will make its way to other platforms like PC and console

If you want to see it arrive on PC, make sure your voice is heard. You can always play the game where it's available and hope it will arrive in the future. There was only three months between the Nintendo and Mobile port so the team clearly work quite fast.
