A couple of Techland developers have released a new Q&A video that appears to confirm some exciting Dying Light 2 release date information.
There isn't too much shown in the video of Dying Light 2, but the Techland developers did have a little fun with the... intense and overly-sweary messages they've been seeing over the last few months.
Dying Light Dev Video
Streamed through the official Dying Light YouTube channel on March 17th, the video below shows several members of the development team going through a few questions they've received from fans.
It's a comedic take on a Q&A as Techland begin it in a similar format to a "Mean Tweets" segment on one of the Late Night shows. You can see it for yourself below:
However, after the funnier bit, they give a serious comment on the title and it's progression.
Wait For It
That isn't a direct quote but a summation of what was said. The Dying Light 2 development team are hard at work putting together a game that they know will live up to the legacy left by 2015's Dying Light.
It's been a long time in the works and not without its fair share of controversy.
However, at the end of this little comedic Q&A we get a new look at Dying Light 2 and a confirmation of a release window.
It's a start, but it is far from any sort of confirmed release date.
We're not so sure Dying Light 2 will release in 2021 still, but we really hope it does.
Dying Light 2 was first announced in 2018 and features Aiden Caldwell, a new protagonist, explore a new city with new enemy factions a whole 15 years after the first title.
