The cross-over series of Super Mario Bro's and Rayman's Rabbids are returning with a new adventure. Highly popular with the Nintendo community, the latest instalment titled Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope is going to be great.

The Mario and Rabbid games see the unlikely combo of Mario and Rayman's Rabbids teaming up to go on an adventure and save the world from various disasters.

Here is everything we know about the upcoming game.

The leak

The leak was let out by none other than Ubisoft itself. Moreover, they released the update to its storefront which was reverted back shortly after. Luckily, Twitter user @Nibel archived the information quickly and the tweet re-sharing this is going viral.

The Galactic Prestige Pack

As is usual for Ubisoft, the game will also be getting a gold edition. Although no price was shown on the quick snapshot of the store, the game will include The Galactic Prestige Pack.

Additionally, this pack included in only the gold edition will provide Mario + Rabbids players with some cosmetic upgrades. The pack will also come with a Season pass for the game which will have

"upcoming DLC packs, including additional story content featuring new heroes, quests, and battles."

So far, we only know about three new weapon skins and the season pass which are unlockable right away. Although more content may be added later on.

The Release date for Mario + Rabbids

Ubisoft's website stated that the game will be released in 2022 but doesn't provide much information after that. However, thanks to the leaks, we have a possible date for the new Mario and Rabbids game to be released.

The page that was up briefly stated the game would be out in the later half of the year on October 20. Whether this could be changed is unsure, but for now, that is the only solid evidence we have for the release date.
