The TOTS Warm Up Series whetted our appetite for the annual Team of the Season promo in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, and to make the event the biggest celebration it can be, TOTS Swaps has returned!
EA will stagger the release of the different TOTS league squads, with the brand-new Swaps system running alongside it to offer up even more top cards and rewards. TOTS Swaps was introduced by EA last year, but things are a little different in FUT 23.

Latest - Serie A TOTS Season Swaps [XP]
What looks like the final set of weekly Team of the Season objectives has just dropped, with the Serie A TOTS Season Swaps [XP] now available in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team.
Released on Thursday, 1 June at 1pm ET / 6pm BST, you have just under seven days to complete the tasks before the objectives expire on Thursday, 8 June.
The Serie A TOTS Season Swaps [XP] objectives are as follows:
- Win 8 - Win 8 matches in any FUT Game Mode.
- Play 15 - Play 15 matches in any FUT Game Mode.
- TOTS Daily Login Upgrade SBC [XP] - Complete the TOTS Daily Login Upgrade SBC [XP] one time.
- Marquee Matchups SBC [XP] - Complete any two Challenges in the Marquee Matchups SBC [XP] releasing on June 1st.
- Serie A Moments - Earn 5 stars in the Moments Game Mode. Serie A TOTS Moments is releasing on June 2nd.
- TOTS Swap Challenge 8 SBC [XP] - Complete the TOTS Season Swap Challenge 8 [XP] SBC releasing on June 3rd.
- TOTS Swap Challenge 9 SBC [XP] - Complete the TOTS Season Swap Challenge 9 [XP] SBC releasing on June 4th.
What are TOTS Season Swaps?
Whereas previously we have seen tokens made available to players who can then redeem them for rewards, EA has taken a different route this time around.
In FUT Season 6, named TOTS Season Swaps, Swap-themed rewards are available as you advance in Season Progress. This is why there are Icon players available in the Season Progress rewards for the first time!
EA's in-game message states that players will be able to "earn XP each week via select Challenges and Objectives to progress through the Season and reach your TOTS Swaps Rewards."
With weekly challenges to complete via Objectives, SBC, and in Moments, there will be ample opportunity to earn XP. We must say though, we are disappointed to not have the option to mix and match our TOTS Swaps rewards as we have been able to in previous campaigns.
TOTS Season Swaps Rewards
Every five levels throughout Season 6 of FUT 23 you will have a TOTS Swaps-themed reward, hence the incredible players/packs available!

TOTS Swaps Release Date
This year's TOTS Swaps campaign began with the arrival of Season 6 in FUT on Thursday, 27 April at 3am ET / 8am BST.
The first set of weekly objectives also arrived at the same time, but will end on Friday, 7 May at 1pm ET / 6pm BST in line with the weekly promo release.
Community TOTS Season Swaps
The first set of weekly objectives, Community TOTS Season Swaps [XP], is currently available to work through in FUT 23.
Beginning on Thursday, 27 April at 3am ET / 8am BST, you have nine days to complete the tasks before the objectives expire on Friday, 5 May at 1pm ET / 6pm BST.
The Community TOTS Season Swaps [XP] are as follows:
- Win 8 - Win 8 matches in any FUT Game Mode.
- Play 15 - Play 15 matches in any FUT Game Mode.
- TOTS Daily Login Upgrade SBC - Complete the TOTS Daily Login Upgrade SBC one time.
- Marquee Matchups - Complete any two Challenges in the Marquee Matchups SBC released on Thursday, 27 April.
- Stars Shine - Earn 3 stars in the Moments Game Mode.
- April 29th: TOTS Season Swap Challenge 1 SBC - Complete the TOTS Swap Challenge 1 SBC released on Saturday, 29 April.
- April 30th: TOTS Season Swap Challenge 2 SBC - Complete the TOTS Swap Challenge 2 SBC released on Sunday, 30 April.
- May 1st: 81+ PPx3 Upgrade SBC - Complete the 81+ PPx3 Upgrade SBC released on Monday, 1 May.
- May 2nd: TOTS Season Swap Challenge 3 SBC - Complete the TOTS Swap Challenge 3 SBC released on Tuesday, 2 May.
Completing these objectives will earn you 12,800 XP. The top two Objectives are worth 2,000 XP, while the rest earn you 1,250. The group reward adds an extra 50 XP.
12,800 XP will get you at least LVL 10, and chances are you will have earned more than that by playing the game anyway! This means that Gio Reyna an Dimitri Payet will be available to you by the end of the first week.
Premier League TOTS Season Swaps [XP]
The second set of weekly Team of the Season objectives, Premier League TOTS Season Swaps [XP], is now available to work through in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team.
Beginning on Thursday, 4 May at 1pm ET / 6pm BST, you have eight days to complete the tasks before the objectives expire on Friday, 12 May.
The Premier League TOTS Season Swaps [XP] objectives are as follows:
- Win 8 - Win 8 matches in any FUT Game Mode.
- Play 15 - Play 15 matches in any FUT Game Mode.
- TOTS Daily Login Upgrade SBC [XP] - Complete the TOTS Daily Login Upgrade SBC [XP] one time.
- Marquee Matchups SBC [XP] - Complete any two Challenges in the Marquee Matchups SBC [XP] released on Thursday, 4 May.
- FUT Moments - Earn 5 stars in the Moments Game Mode. Premier League TOTS Moment is releasing on May 5th.

Bundesliga TOTS Season Swaps [XP]
The third set of weekly Team of the Season objectives, Bundesliga TOTS Season Swaps [XP], is now available in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team.
Dropping on Thursday, 11 May at 1pm ET / 6pm BST, you have eight days to complete the tasks before the objectives expire on Friday, 19 May.
This time, you will earn double the XP compared to the previous Objective sets, helping you shoot through the Season Rewards!
The Bundesliga TOTS Season Swaps [XP] objectives are as follows:
- Win 8 - Win 8 matches in any FUT Game Mode.
- Play 15 - Play 15 matches in any FUT Game Mode.

Dropping on Thursday, 25 May at 1pm ET / 6pm BST, you have eight days to complete the tasks before the objectives expire on Friday, 2 June.
