The Future Stars promo continues in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, giving some of the most talented young players in the game insanely boosted cards!
Fan favourite Academy Players have returned with the event this year, giving you the opportunity to train up and evolve cards through Objectives.
Find out all you need to know about Future Stars Academy Players in FUT 23 below.
Future Stars Academy Players
We have seen Academy Players released as part of previous Future Stars promos in Ultimate Team, so we have a fairly good idea of what could come this season.
Last year we saw two Academy Players released, with upgradeable versions of Trevoh Chalobah and Matheus Nunes made available through Objectives.
By completing the tasks with the selected player in your side, you will earn an upgraded version of their card, which you then use to complete further Objectives, until you get their final upgrade.
The players could change positions as they progress, much like they would in real life, and last year we got a play pick for the final version of Chalobah, where you could unlock him as a CB or CDM.
FIFA 22 Academy Players:
- Trevoh Chalobah - 79 - 83 - 85 - 88 (Player Pick)
- Matheus Nunes - 81 - 83 - 85 - 88
The following players have gained a Future Stars card via Academy Objectives:
- Jesper Lindstrom (OVR 82 - 84 - 86 - 88)
- Anthony Gordon (OVR 82 - 84 - 86 - 88)
- Jacob Ramsey (OVR 82 - 84 - 86 - 88)
- Nuno Tavares (OVR 84 - 86 - 88)
The main leak we had for the Future Stars Academy Players comes from the data-mining account Fut Scoreboard, which revealed a loading screen featuring five cards, labelled as 'FUT Future Stars Academy'.
The nationalities were also shown on the cards, with an Italian, Danish, two English and a Portuguese player included.
We have now seen cards released for all of the nationalities included on the screen, so - unless EA has a surprise in store for us - we think that all the Academy Players have been released.
