Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot – A New Power Awakens Ep. 2 Trailer & Release Date info

There's nothing quite like a good Dragon Ball Z game, and DBZ: Kakarot definitely fits that description.

Kakarot was released earlier this year and is still getting regular DLCs from publisher Bandai Namco.

The launch trailer for "A New Power Awakens Ep. 2" has recently been published by Namco.

The Ultimate Boss Battle

The boss battle for A New Power is against the evil emperor Frieza, as he is back to take over the world. You play as Z-Warriors Goku and Vegeta and try your best to stop Frieza in his tracks.

The cinematics and fighting look as cool as ever, it's just like an episode from the show!

BEST OF FRENEMIES: They don't like each other but they'll have to work together

Both of the protagonists can transform into God Super Saiyan mode to show their power and mastery over the God's Ki.


For the player, this will mean new fighting techniques will be available to use on Frieza and other enemies.

Frieza has some tricks of his own up his sleeve though, as he too can transform to a higher state.

Golden Frieza will make an appearance to attempt to best your God Super Saiyan state.

Before you take on Frieza though, you'll have to defeat his followers, who will come at you in waves of hordes.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is available now for Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

A New Power Awakens Part 2 is also available after being released on 17th November.
