How to Earn Star Coins Fast in Disney Dreamlight Valley

If you're struggling to bring in the Star Coins and are fed up with the pitiful amount to earn from clearing your island, here are some quick tips on how to earn more and fast.

Fishing

Fishing is by far and away the quicked and easiest way to earn fast Star Coins. While some species are worth far more than others, the fact that the fishing spots don't disappear once used makes fishing a reliable source of income.

You can also keep an eye out for special fishing spots which indicate rarer fish or a magical/enhanced spot that will spit out loads of fish for you to run around and collect.

Mining for Gems

Mining isn't quite are reliable as fishing but can produce some very wealthy returns if you get lucky. Going around you island and hitting all the mining sports should produce a handful of gems for you to sell for easy Star Coins.

Some rocks show that they are containing gems straight away, others take a few hits and some won't give any indication until the gem hits the floor. Mining deposits take a little while to respawn once destroyed but this process can be repeated a few times per session.

Harvesting & Cooking

Doing an initial round of your island and pciking every fruit tree, bush, herb plant and so on can earn you a decent little inventory full of goods to sell. Better yet, you can use most of these ingredients to cook meals which are worth much more.

Also, make sure when you approach a fruit tree or bush that you're prepared to act should it be an enhanced location. You'll know it is if you can pick it up unlimited times in a very short period. This will bag you a ton of fruit in just a few seconds.
