Destiny 2 Season 11 "Season Of Arrivals" is picking up pace fast!
November 10th saw the release of the latest expansion "Beyond Light"
Because of this there have been a few changes made to this weeks Trial of Osiris event.
What Is Trials Of Osiris?
Trials Of Osiris is an elimination style game mode that pits the strongest of the strong against one another for rewards.
If you're jumping in, expect some serious competition.
The mode can only be played at weekends, taking place between Friday and Tuesday with new rewards each week.
Trials Of Osiris Cancelled?
Bungie have announced that, following the release of Beyond Light earlier this week, Trials Of Osiris will not be returning today.
In a brief statement they announced that "Due to a recently discovered issue, Trials of Osiris will not be available until the weekend of November 27, 2020.”
This announcement will no doubt be a disappointment for many players.
Trials Of Osiris is a great way to earn some top weapons and armour and it is a lot of fun to take part in.
But for now players can dive into the new Beyond Light expansion, which should keep players busy for the next few weeks until the return of Trials Of Osiris.
Changes To Trials Of Osiris
With the release of Beyond Light there has been some changes made to Trials Of Osiris;
- Trials of Osiris Power level requirement increased to 1210.
- Weapons or armor that have ornaments applied to them now correctly show the ornament icon during the Trials intro.
- Added Adept weapons and weapon mods to Flawless chest rewards.
Bungie announced the new changes in a statement saying,
"Beginning in Beyond Light, all existing Trials weapons have Adept versions. Our intent is for all new Trials weapons to have an Adept version in the future, with their infusion caps matching the Season they were introduced in. For our first round of Adepts, their infusion caps will be set to that of Season of the Worthy. Additionally, we will be introducing Adept weapon mods into the sandbox in Beyond Light, which can only be applied to Adept weaponry.”
Destiny 2's next expansion pack, Beyond Light is now out.
Beyond Light launched on November 10th on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Google Stadia.
