Brand new features announced
Big Ant Studios has finally announced some brand new features coming to this year's game, with immersion the defining word for Cricket 22.

Licences
Aside from the Ashes themselves, you can expect all of the following leagues to feature in Cricket 22:
- Caribbean Premier League
- The Hundred
- Sheffield Shield
- Big Bash
As well as England and Australia; the West Indies, New Zealand and Ireland will all be fully licensed.

As for stadia, expect all of Australia and England's major cricketing arenas to feature - including the MCG, The Gabba, Optus Stadium, The SCG, Lord's, Old Trafford, Headingley, The Oval and more.
A new commentary team arrives this year - with Michael Atherton, David Gower, Alison Mitchell and Ian Healy joining Mel Jones. With Mitchell arriving, it will be the first time a sports game has offered an all-female commentary team.
Improved Career Mode
We didn't expect this - but more is coming to Big Ant's Career Mode this year.
"A deep, narrative-driven career mode; you are in control on and off the field. You manage your training and press conferences, deal with injuries, and decide your path towards international glory!"
This will avoid the journey to the Test Match arena becoming tedious and you can feel the emotions of building a successful cricketing career.
