Clash of Clans' April Update is here and it's added a lot of great stuff.
SuperCell's colourful clan combat game is one of the longest-running mobile games out there and they're still providing regular updates with fantastic content. Here's what we know.
LATEST - Town Hall 14 Is Here
It's been a little while since we saw the last Town Hall update to drop, but now you can get to improving your Village with a new set of levels and upgrades across the board. There's a lot of new stuff in this update.
An additional Town Hall update isn't the only thing that's been added in the latest update though. There's a whole host of Bug Fixes and Quality of Life improvements too.
click to enlargeOh, and Hero Pets! This is a brand new kind of unit that adds a unique additional buff to your Hero Unit in battle. In addition to this, Builder's Huts can also be levelled up with an additional auto-firing turret.
click to enlargeThey should provide a much more active role in defending your Village going forward, whether this is a good thing or not remains to be seen.
Sadly, this does mean the Hammer Jam event is over and everything is back to being full-priced.
Platforms & The Future
Clash of Clans is currently available on iOS and Android mobile devices and can be downloaded for free from their respective app stores.
You can also emulate it on a PC if you fancy it!
As for the next major Clash of Clans update, we only know that we shouldn't expect it until the Summer. We're not sure it'll come with another Town Hall update so soon, but expect more Hero Pets and probably some new features to keep things fresh.
