The annual Playoff promo is arriving in Madden 21’s Ultimate Team today.
Here are the NFC cards that are landing and when you can expect them.
MUT 21 Playoff Promo
The playoff event for Madden 21 Ultimate team is here, which brings loads of new cards to MUT 21 for the teams in the postseason.
They will be released in an update today (Friday 8th January). Given the issues with the franchise on a recent update, fans will be keeping their eyes out for server problems.
All the cards are 95 OVR and there are two from each playoff team and each side of the ball;
Tom Brady - QB, Buccaneers
The GOAT has had a great season in Tampa, proving he wasn't a system QB in New England. The accuracy here is deadly with 96 short, 92 medium, and 91 deep.
The 96 play-action pass is very valuable to those running a balanced offense. Nice EA chose to show off the 62 speed on the card too!
Antoine Winfield - FS, Buccaneers
A defensive standout for the Buccs this season, Winfield has been all over the field. With 94 speed and 95 acceleration, he has the physical attributes needed to be an elite ball hawk.
The 93 zone cover confirms this and the 95 hit power means he's also going to get turnovers from fumbles too.
DK Metcalf - WR, Seahawks
A big physical receiver with 95 speed? Yes, please.
This card is a monster! Great route running, 95 jump, and 92 catching. Metcalf will make plenty of contested catches.
Jarran Reed - DT, Seahawks
Reed is a great pass-rushing DT in the middle of any D line.
With 95 strength and 94 finesse moves, he will get off the block and meet the QB with a thud.
Jalen Ramsey - CB, Rams
One of the biggest talkers in the game, now has one of the best cards.
Shut down elite WRs with this card.
A combo of 95 man cover and 93 zone cover is the ultimate flexibility. 94 acceleration and 93 jump will keep up with any WR in this list too.
Robert Woods - WR, Rams
A player that goes under the radar this is a big card for Robert Woods.
96 catching is elite levels, especially with 94 catch in traffic. His route running is also up there with 94 short, 94 medium, and 91 long.
Don't sleep on this card.
Akiem Hicks - LE, Bears
A run-stopping defensive end suited to a 3-4 defense.
96 play rec, block shed, and strength with 95 tackling is an HB's nightmare.
Mitchell Trubisky - QB, Bears
He's been in and out of the team this season, but he's leading them when it matters.
His stats aren't as good as the other QBs in the list for classic areas like accuracy. But he's much more mobile which gets him to the 95 ovr.
Also, 96 throw power is nice for avoiding picks.
Kenny Clark - DT, Packers
Clark is a prototypical run-stuffing DT.
95 strength, 95 block shed, 92 tackle, and 92 power moves. That's a disruptive force and what you need to fight the amazing HB cards that are out there.
David Bakhtiari - LT, Packers
The best pass blocking LT in MUT.
With 96 pass block, 93 pass block power, and 96 pass block finesse - why go anywhere else.
Marcus Williams - FS, Saints
Having recovered from being a human highlight reel for his missed tackle against the Vikings, Williams is in here due to his insane zone coverage.
His 92 zone cover is up there with the best, teamed with 95 play rec and 95 acceleration he can diagnose the play and get there.
Terron Armstead - LT, Saints
A slightly better run blocker than Bakhtiari above, Armstead has 91 Run block and 92 run block power. Strength at 88 could be better, but if you are running trick plays this is the LT for you.
Landon Collins - SS, Football Team
Landon Collins can lower the boom and hit hard.
The 96 hit power and pursuit is mouth watering. He's good in coverage too with 90 zone cover, but this card is all about making fumbles.
Alex Smith - QB, Football Team
We are so happy to see Smith not only back playing, but leading a playoff team.
High levels of short accuracy with 93 SAC, but also mobile with 85 speed and 89 throws on the run.
The best QB for a west coast offense.
