Madden 22 TOTW 14 Predictions: MUT 22 Team of the Week Players, POTW, Release Delayed

Madden 22 has honored the best around the NFL each week in MUT 22 with the release of Team of the Week, and there are some definite favorites for TOTW 14.

We've got all the details you need on when Team of the Week 14 will arrive in Madden 22 Ultimate Team and predictions on which new cards will arrive.

Madden 22: Team of the Week 14 Release Date Delayed

Throughout the year, we've seen Team of the Week be one of the most reliable releases in Madden 22 Ultimate Team.

Unfortunately, things are due to change drastically, as the TOTW 14 lineup has been officially delayed, and it's not a short wait.

Normally, the format starts with a Monday evening drop revealing the Heroes, LTD, and Player of the Week, but the full MUT 22 TOTW 14 reveal would be expected on Tuesday morning.

Instead, players will have to wait until Tuesday, January 11, 2022 for the releases of both TOTW 14 and TOTW 15, both of which should arrive together.

TOTW was confirmed to be going on hiatus in a recent episode of Good Morning Madden, but Zero Chill releases will be filling that gap throughout the holidays.

We also know that Team of the Year will be coming in January as well and have taken a look here at some of the league favorites for various positions.

Player of the Week 14 (POTW) - Davante Adams

With a final score of 45-30, there was no shortage of touchdowns between Green Bay and Chicago on Sunday, and two of those came from Davante Adams.

The current 99 Club member proved his skill by catching 10 of his 13 targets for 121 yards and 2 touchdowns to help bring victory for the Packers.

All Players Predictions for TOTW 14

While only one player can get the nod as Player of the Week, there are more options in the full TOTW 14 lineup.

There will be six TOTW 14 players chosen, three offensive and three defensive, and here are our predictions for when the lineup is finally unveiled.

Offense: Dalvin Cook, Joe Burrow, Rashaad Penny

After a couple of rough weeks, Dalvin Cook bounced back with the Vikings by rushing 27 times for 205 yards and 2 touchdowns to take a win over the Steelers.

Joe Burrow had a great day going 25 of 34 for 348 yards and 2 touchdowns, while Rashaad Penny had the best game of his career with 16 rushes for 137 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Defense: Landon Collins, Myles Garrett, Bashaud Breeland

On the defensive side of the ball, Landon Collins almost turned things around for his team with 5 solo tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 1 QB hit, and 1 interception despite their eventual loss to Dallas.

Bashaud Breeland had 7 solo tackles and an 18-yard interception return on the day, while Myles Garrett had 3 solo tackles and 1 forced fumble that he also recovered and returned for a touchdown.

MUT 22 LTD & Heroes

In addition to the cards highlighting the best of 2021's Week 13, we'll also see a few cards in the TOTW 13 lineup that look to the past.

Each week an LTD is chosen that showcases a strong Week 13 performance from a previous year by a player that is still active in the league.

On top of that, the Offensive and Defensive Hero highlight retired players who had standout Week 13 performances in the past.

These are notoriously difficult to predict with so many options on the table, and they often hinge on who Madden has agreements with to continue using their name in content.
