Madden 21 Ratings: Week 12 Roster Update predictions - Hill, Darnold, Oluokun, Gronkowski, Goff & more

It seems like a lot of players had a massive week in week 12 of the NFL.

We know that EA likes to update the Madden rosters based on performance trends.

Who will be getting a boost in the next roster update? And which players will be getting a downgrade?

Tyreek Hill (96 to 97)

Tyreek Hill registered one of the tip single-games for receiving yards this weekend.

In a shootout against Tampa Bay, Hill had a massive 13 catches for 269 yards and three TDs, including the catch that iced the game.

He is showing the levels of play that get players into the 99 club.

Sam Darnold (70 to 69)

Darnold has had a tough time since being taken 3rd overall in 2018.

He joined a struggling franchise but seems to have been taken down with it, rather than carry them. He's not getting any blocking, but he also isn't helping himself.

In a rough loss to division rival Dolphins he had 16 completions for 197 yards and 2 Interceptions.

He has steadily declined from his 73 launch rating, but we think he goes further down this week.

Rob Gronkowski (86 to 87)

No player has changed rating this season as much as Gronk.

With a period of retirement, no one knew how he would come back and he launched with a 95 rating. That quickly dropped when we realised he wasn't the player we thought he was.

But it probably went too far and he had a massive game in the shootout between the Buccs and the Chiefs. Gronk racked up 6 catches for 106 yards.

Jared Goff (79 to 77)

Goff has had a season of steadily increasing his rating.

Facing a tough 49ers defense he was found wanting and the Rams were beaten by their divisional rivals. This is despite them having 13 players on IR.

He struggled to 198 yards and two INTs this week and isn't quite ready to be considered among the elite QBs.

Foyesade Oluokun (79 to 80)

A big riser this season, Oluokun started the game as a 73 rated player. He has elite speed at the linebacker position and can do it all.

Against the Raiders, he led the stingy Falcons defense and was all over the field. He made a crucial sack-fumble play which seems him rack up four for the season.

Antonio Gibson (76 to 78)

The 3rd round rookie has taken over the Redskins offense and was crucial in the divisional win against the Cowboys.

He had 20 carries for 115 yards with three TDs, including one with a cheeky wave to the defender as he left him in the dust.

Joey Bosa (91 to 92)

Joey Bosa is neck and neck with his brother in the ratings, but expect him to edge slightly ahead by another point this week.

Bosa was all over the place in the Chargers loss to the Bills. He racked up 7 tackles but had 3 huge sacks of Josh Allen in the game.

Mike Glennon (57 to 60)

Glennon has been a journeyman QB, and the plight of Kendall Hinton in Denver has highlighted just how hard this is.

But Glennon stepped in for the Jags and he nearly got them a win over playoff contender Browns.

Glennon had 20 completions for 235 yards with two TDs.
