Even though League of Legends Season 12 has reached its halfway point, Riot is keeping up the momentum with plenty of fresh new content and balance changes. That carries over into LoL 12.12, the next patch in store.

So far, the update is set to possibly bring on the year's Essence Emporium, a set of brand new skins, and as always, plenty of balance changes to round things out in its patch notes.

LATEST - LoL 12.12 Patch Notes have been revealed!

League of Legends patch 12.12 has had its patch notes revealed!

The update is set to affect 20 champions with buffs, nerfs, or adjustments, one of these includes nerfs to Bel'Veth. Additionally, healing will be looked at following the Grievous Wounds nerfs from the prior two patches.

LoL 12.12 Release Date

Adhering to the League of Legends patch schedule, LoL 12.12 is set to release on Thursday, June 23, 2022.

Once the patch is live, players may be able to spend their Blue Essence in the Essence Emporium (should it arrive), purchase new skins, and experience some new balance changes coming to Summoner's Rift just two patches after the massive Durability update.

Essence Emporium 2022 could arrive in LoL 12.12

League's limited-time sale that allows players to purchase more than just champions with Blue Essence will appear for the first time in Season 12.

According to Skin Spotlights on Twitter, players can expect the sale to arrive shortly after patch 12.12's release.

During the sale, chromas, icons, wards, emotes, and other special prizes can be purchased with Blue Essence. Additionally, each year's Essence Emporium allows players to purchase one skin.

For this year's Essence Emporium, League fans may see chromas for Final Boss Veigar and for Snow Moon Illaoi, and plenty more prizes.

LoL 12.2 Skins

A new League patch means new skins and LoL 12.12 is set to introduce three skins that are part of the new Snow Moon line along with an Ashen Knight skin.

Snow Moon Skins 2022

Set to be the opposite of the already existing Blood Moon skins, the brand-new Snow Moon skin line will have Caitlyn, Illaoi, and Kayn wear palm, bluish-white tints of color. Additionally, it rocks some hints and shades of blood moon red.

It is expected that all of these skins will rock a 1350 RP price tag.

Ashen Knight Pantheon

Alongside the new Snow Moon skins will be the second addition to the Ashen Knight skin line, Ashen Knight Pantheon.

Priced at 100 ME, Pantheon will rock his own Ashen Knight skin, and much like Pyke's, it's full of purple and black tones creating for a haunting dark look.
