Riot Games have planned 24 LoL updates to be released throughout 2021. For those doing the math at home, that's roughly one update every two weeks.
Per the company's update schedule, the 11.19 update release date lands on September 22, 2021, although Riot Games' warns that "dates can change at any time for any number of reasons."
Riot Games haven't yet revealed the patch notes for the Lol 11.19 update, but we'll get a look into what's coming early thanks to the dev team!

Vex: The Gloomist
League of Legend's newest Champion, Vex: The Gloomist, will make her debut in the 11.19 update.
The depressed, goth teen Yordle sulks across the map with the help of her shadow. Vex appears to be a mid lane mage who wields her shadow to attack enemies. With her groans about having to deal with people and resentment about being woken up, Vex is sure to be a fan favorite.
