Counting down to the LoL 11.13 update

League of Legends update 11.13 is now just hours away, and with it comes some massive balance changes for champions, items, runes, summoner spells, and even some awesome new skins!

Let's kick off our LoL 11.13 countdown by going over everything we know about the update so far, and when players can jump in.

When Does Riot Games' Next Update Drop?

At this stage, League of Legends has been around a long time and Riot Games has been updating League of Legends for a long time. Thankfully, this means that a League of Legends updates is all fairly routine, all things considered.

With this in mind, League of Legends 11.13 is expected to drop on June 23rd, 2021, at the following times:

  • 03:00 PST / 06:00 EST - NA Servers
  • 05:00 BST - EUW Servers
  • 03:00 CET - EUNE Servers

These aren't confirmed just yet, but if version 11.13 is handled like any other League of Legends update we should see these times adhered to.

What Time Do The Servers Go Down?

When Riot Games issues an update, they need to take the live servers down to do it. League of Legends, being an online-only title, isn't any different and this isn't too expected. It happened with version 11.12, and 11.11... and 11.10. You get the idea.

Typically, the maintenance downtime begins at the same time as the update's pre-suggested release time. This means we should see downtime begin at the following times:

  • 03:00 PST / 06:00 EST - NA Servers
  • 05:00 BST - EUW Servers
  • 03:00 CET - EUNE Servers

Server downtime typically lasts around three hours, but Riot Games doesn't confirm these details until much closer to launch. Even now.

  • Bonus Damage increased from 4-24 to 5-30 (Q rank 1-6)
  • Lethality increased from 3.5-21 to 4.5-27 (E rank 1-6)

Kayn

W - Blade's Reach

  • Blade’s Reach VFX is now revealed when cast within terrain towards enemy champions.

  • Base Damage decreased from 100-260 to 100-220

Base Stats

  • Health Growth increased from 93 to 100
  • Mana Regen increased from 7.47 to 7.5

  • Cooldown increased from 6 to 7-6 seconds

Passive - An Acquired Taste

  • Bonus Damage decreased from 4% of maximum health to 2.5% of maximum health

Q - Tongue Lash

  • Tahm Kench can now cast R - Devour during Tongue Lash to swallow champions stunned by Tongue Lash
  • Tongue Lash now heals for 6/7/8/9/10% of his missing health when an enemy champion is struck
  • Tongue Lash now applies a stack of Passive - An Acquired Taste to the enemy champions it hits
  • Tongue Lash’s range and missile speed now scales up with Tahm Kench’s size
  • Slow decreased from 30-70% to 40%
  • Slow Duration decreased from 3 to 2 seconds
  • Cooldown increased from 5 to 7-5 seconds
  • Cost decreased from 50 to 50-34 mana

W - Abyssal Dive

  • Tahm Kench channels for 1.35 seconds, dives for 0.15 seconds, then appears at the targeted area, dealing 100/135/170/205/240 (+100% AP) damage and knocking up enemies for 1 second. Hitting an enemy champion refunds 30% of its cooldown and mana cost. Tahm Kench can take Devoured allies along for the ride (allies can always eject before the channel finishes). Enemies cannot see where Tahm Kench is headed until 0.75 seconds into the channel.
  • Cooldown decreased from 24-20 to 21-17 seconds
  • Cost 60/75/90/105/120 mana

E - Thick Skin

  • Shield Duration increased from 2 to 2.5 seconds
  • Grey Health Healing slightly increased to 10% maximum health per quarter second
  • Time Before Grey Health Healing increased from 2.5 seconds of not taking damage to 4 seconds of not taking damage.

R - Devour

  • Tahm Kench swallows the target champion for up to 3 seconds. If the target champion is an enemy, they must have 3 stacks of Passive - An Acquired Taste and take 100/250/400 +15% (+5% per 100 AP) maximum health as magic damage. Tahm Kench is also grounded and slowed by 40% movement speed. If the target champion is an ally, they are granted a 300/450/600 (+100% AP) shield that lasts for 2.5 seconds after Devour ends. Tahm Kench is also grounded and slowed by 40/25/10% movement speed but can still cast W - Abyssal Dive. Tahm Kench’s allies can see when Devour is available on his health bar (enemies cannot)

  • Healing from Minions decreased from 100% to 50%

E - Harrowed Path

  • Base Bonus Movement Speed increased from 20-30% to 25-35%
  • Missile Speed increased from 1000 to 1200
  • Missile Zone Length increased from 700 to 775

  • Base Damage per Feather Blade increased from 45-125 to 50-150

  • Vow (ACTIVE) - Choose a Nemesis to start building a Vendetta over 60 seconds. Has global range, must be used out of combat, and can be used while dead (90 second cooldown).
  • Vendetta - Take 1% reduced damage from your Nemesis per Vendetta stack. This damage reduction starts at 0% and stacks up to 30% over 60 seconds.
  • Vengeance - At max stacks, your Nemesis has 20% reduced tenacity while near you.
