While the multiplayer released a few weeks ago, the Halo Infinite campaign is finally here for us all to jump into. If you're planning to join the action yourself, you may be wondering how long Halo Infinite's campaign takes to beat. Well, we've got all the details you need.
How Long Halo Infinite's Campaign Takes to Beat
For the average player, Halo Infinite's campaign should take about 10 hours to beat. However, that depends on a few things.
Since Halo Infinite's campaign has a central open world area, full of secrets to find, FOBs to claim, and side missions to take on, how long the game takes to beat depends on how much you jump in.
Spend timing mopping up everything in the open world before reaching the credits and you could spend 20 hours with the game, easily.
However, since the open world isn't forced upon you and many of the missions are linear, you could complete the game quite quickly.
Our first playthrough clocked in at 8 hours and 20 minutes on normal difficulty and there's even an achievement for beating the game in under 8 hours, so that'll be more than possible.
If you play on an easier or harder difficulty, how long the campaign takes to beat will change too.
Halo Infinite Campaign Release Time
If you can't wait to jump into the game, either via Game Pass or purchase, you'll have a little while to wait.
No matter what platform or service you're playing the game on, Halo Infinite's release time is set for 1pm ET/6pm GMT on December 8.
Unfortunately, the game won't launch at midnight in your region, launching at the same time across the world. Stay patient though, it'll be here before you know it.
