GTA Online: Best Business Investments & How to make Passive Income

There are quite a few ways to make money in GTA Online - but they're not all as easy as one another. One way you can generate some solid Passive Income, something that should mean you're not reliant on competing in competitive Adversary modes to pay for your new cars, is investing in businesses. If you're looking to turn your hundreds-of-thousands into millions, we've got the best places to look...

GTA Online's best business investments

Arcade - from GTA$ 1,235,000 to GTA$ 2,135,000

ARCADES - You can play some games with these, too!

The start-up cost for this investment is quite high, but it's worthwhile. The cheapest Arcade is GTA$ 1,235,000 - Pixel Pete's in Paleto Bay. Having this will open up the Casino Heist which can yield three times as much for each run. It should net you around GTA$ 2,000,000 at a minimum, then anything added on is varied. You can also purchase the Master Terminal for the arcade that should allow you to manage all your businesses from this one location - although it is going to set you back around GTA$ 1,400,000.

Warehouse - GTA$ 250,000 to GTA$ 3,500,000

WAREHOUSE - This one's a little bit of work...

If you're playing on your own, investing in a Warehouse could be the best option for you. You can buy a Warehouse from your CEO office and choose from a Small, Medium, or Large Warehouse. These come with varying daily costs and varying profit margins - however, going for the biggest Warehouse is usually the best option.

You can sell nine crates in total as a solo player at any one time and this should net you GTA$ 126,000 - however, you can source these crates at GTA$ 2,000 each so the profit margin is clear to work out. You'll be able to earn GTA$ 108,000 for every nine you sell. Interestingly, you can earn more per crate depending on the size of your Warehouse and the upgrades you've purchased. If you have a Large Warehouse, you can earn up to GTA$ 2,200,000 for a full shipment of 111 crates.

Bunker - GTA$ 1,165,000 to GTA$ 2,375,000

BUNKERS - Looking for new weapons? We've got you covered

If you want to get into Arms Dealing, then the Bunker is one of the business investments you need to look into in GTA Online. Opening up access to this is also going to open up access to a new range of special weapons and ammunition types. It's worth noting that this investment is best for those playing with friends, though - there's a lot of work that needs to be done to get the final payout.

When you're starting to fill up the progression bar, you should be aware that half a bar's worth of stock should need two deliveries to complete - meanwhile a full bar should require four deliveries to complete. You can make around GTA$ 1,000,000 with a full delivery quota with an upgraded Bunker.

This is just a small selection of the available business ventures in GTA Online at the moment - you can buy a Vehicle Warehouse, a Coke Lock Up, and even a Motorcycle Club (MC)! All of these come with chances to make money and having more of these under your belt means you're going to be generating more Passive Income. We expect Rockstar Games to throw more into GTA Online in the future, too.
