Genshin Impact's Windblume Festival continues with Act IV, Dream of Wind and Flowers.
The title quest of Act IV has the Traveler participate in the finale of the Windblume Festival and help Venti solve a mystery in Stormterror's Lair.
As players help people around the city, Venti will be keeping a watchful eye to see how well they are doing.
Festive Anecdotes of the Genshin Impact Windblume Festival
The Dream of Wind and Flower quest is one of the Festive Anecdotes of the Windblume Festival and is a limited quest only available during the event's duration.
The quest is available today and will run until April 5, 2021.

Dream of Wind and Flower Quest Walkthrough
The first quest of Act IV: Dream of Wind and Flower shares the same name of the Act and has players attending the Windblume Festival's finale and sharing a private moment with Venti concerning the meaning of the Windblume.
The quest starts in Mondstadt Plaza and officially starts when players talk to Jean.
Here is the basic flow of the quest:
- Head to Mondstadt Plaza
- Talk to Jean
- Choose a flower (the choice does not matter, though it helps players to have that type of flower in their inventory)
- Offer the chosen flower at the altar
- Talk to Venti
- Head to the Outskirts of Storm Terror's lair
- Investigate the area marked on the map below
- Defeat the Hilichurls
- Activate the mechanism
- Use Anemo to activate the pillars in the following order: Center, Right, Left
- Use the resulting wind gust to head to the top of the tower
- Talk to Venti
The quest concludes, rewarding players with 60 Primogems and other items as soon as the final conversation with Venti wraps up.
The finale is beautiful, highlighting what is so special about Mondstadt and its people and shows how much Venti really loves his people.
Once again, Genshin Impact shows us that even a free-to-play title can have the story, lore, and emotional pull of a AAA title.
Each major character that had a part to play in the Invitation of Windblume event gets a final scene showing the friendships and love the people of Mondstadt have for each other.
While this quest "officially" wraps up the main Windblume Festival storyline, there are still two more minor quests to complete, as well as all the festival events.
