Genshin Impact's Mimi Tomo Gameplay Detailed

It is one event after the other in Genshin Impact 1.5, with Battlefront: Misty Dungeon coming to an end and Mimi Tomo starting shortly.

This new event finds players teaming up with Hilichurlian expert Ella Musk to figure out what is going on with the "Unusual Hilichurl's" extra-unusual behavior.

Mimi Tomo Start Date

Genshin Impact's Mimi Tomo event starts on May 27, 2021, at 10:00 Genshin Server Time, and runs until June 6, 2021, at 3:59 Genshin Server Time.

This means there will be a bit of an overlap with Battlefront: Misty Dungeon, which ends on May 31 2021 at 3:59 Genshin Server Time.

Mimi Tomo Gameplay Details

Mimi Tomo requires players to communicate with hilichurls in order to help find the Unusual Hilichurl.

Genshin Impact players must be at least Adventure Rank 20 or above to participate.

In order to find the Unusual Hilichurl, players will have to head to Sighting Locations and talk to hilichurls in the area, translating their speech with the help of Ella Musk.

Each hilichurl will give players a commission to complete, afterwards they will reward them with clues to the Unusual Hilichurls location.

The Unusual Hilichurl will appear in a specific location at a certain time, so players need to correctly piece together clues in order to find it.

After defeating the Unusual Hilichurl, players earn rewards.

Handy Handbook of Hilichurlian

While many Genshin Impact players have translated brief bits of Hilichurlian in daily commissions before, Mimi Tomo will require a bit more on their part.
