A new Genshin Impact character leak finally puts a name and some abilities behind a model leaked earlier.

Kazuha is a 5-Star Anemo Sword character rumored to arrive in Genshin Impact 1.6, alongside boat travel and several islands of Inazuma.
Kazuha Details
Kaedehara Kazuha, also known as just Kazuha, is a wandering ronin from Inazuma who Beidou allowed to join her Crux Fleet.
With no alliance to Inazuma and no master, Kazuha is a free, wandering spirit.
With signs pointing heavily to boat travel between the islands of Inazuma featuring in Genghin Impact 1.6, it is assumed that players will meet Kazuha while Beidou helps smuggle them into Inazuma.
Kazuha is a 5-Star Anemo Sword character whose abilities look to lean on the support side of the spectrum.
Strangely enough, he is another Anemo character that revolves around crowd control and Elemental Mastery.
Shown with a Japanese-style sword, it may hint at different styles of Swords coming to Genshin Impact soon.

Kazuha Abilities
Kazuha's Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst leaked, with the following details:
Elemental Skill: Chihayafuru - Pulls in enemies and then launches Kazuha into the air before performing a plunge attack creating a vortex that deals AoE Anemo and Swirl damage.
Elemental Burst: Manyou no Ittou - Kazuha swings his sword, creating a storm that adsorbs other elements, bathing the battlefield in destruction.
While these abilities look powerful on their own, they seem to rely heavily on Elemental Reactions to unleash their full potential.
In this aspect, Kazuha is on the path to be a powerful support, similar to Venti.
Will he dethrone the Anemo Archon in the tier lists?
It all depends on how well his abilities play out in practice, instead of just on paper.

Boat Travel, Inazuma Islands
From Genshin Report:
"Inazuma will begin with Beidou (and her crew) helping you secretly enter the region. It’s through this that you’ll meet Kazuha as well. This will double as a re-introduction to boats which will be frequently used in Inazuma.
From what I’ve heard, boats will be used in a similar capacity to how you reach the Pearl Galley in Liyue. There are currently no plans to let players steer the boats a la Assassin’s Creed."
Kazuha will most likely be met by the Traveler aboard Beidou's Crux fleet as players make their way to Inzauma through a series of islands just off the mainland.
Boats will heavily influence travel amongst the different islands, though they will not be navigatable by players.
Rumors point to Genshin Impact 1.6 releasing these islands, with the Inazuma Mainland arriving in another update.
With Mondstadt and Liyue heavily influenced by Europe and China, Inazuma is based on Japan, where the Shogun Bakufu rules.
