"There are big plans for the anniversary. It’s way more than just a banner update and festival. There will be a lot of free Primogems."

Primogems are the currenty Genshin Impact players live for, allowing them to take advantage of the Wish system for more characters and weapons.

They also allow players to recharge their Original Resin, used for claiming rewards for bosses, Domains, and Ley Lines.

While details about the anniversary event are scarce right now, check back for updates as more is released.
