The second Phase of Genshin Impact 3.1 is just days away, the last weeks of the current patch will introduce a new character and an extra batch of Second Anniversary gifts.
Nilou is the only new character for the upcoming update, however, there are strong character reruns and weapons worth our Primogems as well.

Genshin Impact 3.1: Nilou & Albedo Banners Release Date
The second phase of Genshin Impact 3.1 will go live on October 14, 2022, around 11 am Server Time (Chinese Standard Time).
This breaks down to the following in other time zones:
- October 14, 2022, 5pm GMT
- October 14, 2022, 6 pm EST
- October 14, 2022, 3 pm PT
Genshin Impact 3.1 Second Phase Banners: All Characters
The latest Sumeru banners will feature the Sumeru dancer, Nilou, and the rerun of the Mondstadt Alchemist Albedo.
Both banners will be available for 16 days, according to the new five-week schedule for the rest of the Genshin Impact 2022 Banners.
These are the two character banners for the second half of Genshin Impact 3.1!
- Twirling Lotus: This banner will feature Nilou, a 5-star Hydro Sword Character.
- Secretum Secretorum: This banner is the rerun banner of Albedo, the 5-star Geo Sword User.
The following 4-star characters complete these banners.
- Xiangling - 4-star Pyro, Polearm User
- Beidou - 4-star Electro, Claymore User
- Barbara - 4-star Hydro, Claymore User.
Additionally, It seems we are getting all of the archons in consecutive patches, Zhongli in 3.0, Venti in 3.1, Nahida in 3.2, and Raiden in 3.3, so it could be a very exciting run!
The second Weapon Banner in Genshin Impact 3.1 will be the debut of the 5-star Sword, Key of Khaj-Nisut, the signature weapon for Nilou.
For the second 5-star in the Banner, we will one of the best swords in the game, the Primordial Jade Cutter, an excellent weapon for Main DPS and Sub DPS characters.

The effect increases character's Elemental Mastery by 0.12% of their Max HP, every 0.3s. Max 3 stacks. When this effect gains 3 stacks, or when the third stack's duration is refreshed, the Elemental Mastery of all nearby party members will be increased by 0.2% of the equipping character's max HP for 20s.|
