The second phase of Genshin Impact 2.8 is hours away. The last half of the current update will feature the last rerun missing from Inazuma, Yoimiya.

These are the last banners in Genshin Impact before the arrival of Sumeru. Despite not featuring new characters, Thundering Pulse and Bennett in the roster make them quite valuable for many travelers.

While we wait for Yoimiya in the NA server, here is a brief guide with everything you need to prepare for Firework Specialist from Inazuma.

• 46 Smoldering Pearl from the Pyro Hypostasis in Watatsumi Island
• 168 Naku Weed, a specialty from Inazuma.
• 70+ Scrolls dropped by the Shamachurls in the Hillichurls camps

Genshin Impact 2.8 Second Phase Release Time

Tapestry of Golden Flames, the third character and final banner in Genshin Impact 2.8, went live on August 2, 2022, at 6pm server time. (Chinese Standard Time)

For different regions, the update will arrive at the following times:

• August 2, 5pm GMT
• August 2, 6pm EST
• August 2, 3pm PT

The Tapestry of Golden Flames banner will feature the rerun of Yoimiya - a 5-star Pyro Bow Character, and the following 4-stars characters:

• Bennett - 4-star Pyro, Sword User
• Yun Jin - 4-star Geo, Polearm User
• Xinyan - 4-star Pyro, Claymore User.

Second Phase Weapon Banner

At the same time, Genshin Impact 2.8 is releasing the second weapon banner that features the following weapons:

• Thundering Pulse – 5-star Bow
  • The purple bow is the signature weapon for Yoimiya.
  • This is a powerful weapon, and BiS for characters whose DMG is based on Normal attacks.
• Summit Shaper – 5-star Sword
  • A unique weapon that provides an interesting buff for teams with Geo Supports.

The following 4-stars complete the second weapon banner:

• Wine and Song - Catalyst
