For the second time in this update, Genshin Impact players have run into a critical bug in the game affecting their experience.
Some weeks ago, Hoyoverse released an emergency patch to fix Heizou's Elemental skill.
This time, there is a system error provoking abnormal Dialogues in Quests, leaving some travelers unable to complete the Domain quest.
Hoyoverse has finally solved the issue, and, as a result, players will soon be getting some compensatory free Primogems in the mail for the lost time.
Quest Bug Fix Means Free Primogems
According to the dev team, the issue of abnormal dialogue causing issues when trying to complete the Domain quest was provoked by a previous fix.
The bug that rolled back was for the disappearance of Treasure Chests during the World Quest: The Treasure of the Four Skerries.
Thanks to a new hotfix, however, this quest bug is finally fixed, letting players progress in Genshin Impact 2.8.

How to Fix Quest Bug
Travelers who are still affected by the Quests bug can exit the game from the Paimon Menu and Log in again to fix the related issue.
How to Redeem Free Compensation Primogems
Players who have reached Adventure Rank 5 before August 4, 2022, will soon receive 120 free Primogems as compensation for the Quests bug.
The Free Primogems will be available until August 7, 2022, at 7 pm Chinese Standard Time, so all you'll have to do is claim this compensation before it is too late!
If you spot any other Genshin Impact bugs, be sure to report them, and you may get some compensation Primogems as a result!
