Shikanoin Heizou, the new character in Genshin Impact 2.8, has been a very interesting new addition to the roster of characters in the game.
The Anemo 4-star character is the first Male Catalyst user in the game, but he makes use of his skill in Martial Arts instead of long-range attacks.
However, there was an issue with Heizou's elemental skill that provoked a frustrating bug since launch. Hoyoverse has finally solved the issue and, as a result, players will soon be getting some compensatory free Primogems in the mail, even those who don't have Heizou at all!
Analytical Harmony Heizou Bug Fix
Since the launch of Genshin Impact 2.8, Shikanoin Heizou's Elemental Skill has had a bug when players hit an opponent under the effect of 4 stacks of Declension, causing the elemental effect to be abnormal.
Hoyoverse has finally fixed the issue, and to get the fix, players need to restart their game and download the tiny hotfix patch.
Once players pick up the bug fix, Heizou's Elemental Skill attacks with 4 stacks of Declension will finally be consistent.
Due to the inconvenience the elemental skill bug caused for Heizou, Hoyoverse has decided to compensate all players, even those who don't own character.

Compensation Primogems
Players who have reached Adventure Rank 5 and above will soon receive 100 free Primogems as compensation for the Heizou bug.
The Free Primogems will be available until July 23, 2022, at 10 pm Chinese Standard Time, so make sure to claim this compensation before it is too late!
Additionally, the developers fixed a bug in Photo mode in which Heizou's eyes were displaying weirdly, which should bring the character up to date functionally with the rest of the character roster.
If you spot any other Genshin Impact bugs, be sure to report them, and you may get some compensation Primogems as a result!
