The only way forward is to solve the confusing puzzle by using the Fantastic Compass artifact, and the first step is to enter the final domain.

Using the Fantastic Compass

Once you know the steps, the domain Realm of Snaring Illusions is quite simple to clear.

• In the domain, players will use the trial characters from the event, so pick any party.
• The first part is about Yanfei
  • Beat the two waves of enemies
  • Walk to the Fantastic Compass, the round gadget buried in the ground
  • Destroy the small branch next to the Compass to avoid the tree's growth, then move the needle forward once
  • Enter the door to start the time-traveling

• The second part is about Yelan
  • Beat the mobs of enemies with Yelan and Yanfei
  • Near the compass, there is a Dungeon Cage - interact with the switch to open the door
  • Move the needle forward as much as possible
  • Enter the gate again to travel in time
• The third part is about Xiao
  • The enemy is a spirit with the shape of an Eye Purple Cloud, and you must defeat it
  • Destroy the spiderweb that is blocking the door you open in the previous stage
  • Behind you can find the Fantastic Compass with nothing obstructing it
  • Move backwards as much as possible and enter the gate to travel to the past
• The fourth and final part involves escaping from the domain
  • It is almost done, and the Fantastic Compass is now in front of you fully uncovered
  • Move the Compass forward to the bottom right
  • Enter the gate and prepare for an amazing cinematic
