Genshin Impact 2.4: Ningguang & Keqing New Outfits Revealed

While we are waiting for the Genshin Impact 2.4 Livestream, the broadcast where developers will announce everything coming for the next patch, Dataminers have revealed the appearance of the new skins for Ningguang and Keqing.

Available in the next update, here's what we know about these two new cosmetics and how to obtain them.

Release Date

Genshin Impact 2.4 is going live on January 5, 2022, and the new skins for Ningguang and Keqing will be part of the Fleeting Colors in Flight event.

Fleeting Colors in Flight is the 2022 edition of the Genshin Impact Lantern Festival, which is likely to arrive in the first days of February to celebrate the Chinese New Year.

Fleeting Colors in Flight

Fleeting Colors in Flight is the main event of Genshin Impact 2.4. This celebration of the Chinese New Year takes place in the Liyue Region.

This event will be divided into different sections:

• Flumeplume Starflowers - Fireworks Event
• Wondrous Shadows - Traditional Lantern Rite game of solving puzzles with shadows.
• The Great Gathering - Recover material scattered from the Original Jade Chamber.
• Oceanic Defender - Combat a giant boss with 3-heads and complete challenges.

Participating in the Fleeting Colors in Light challenges will grant players two types of event currencies that they can use to exchange for prizes in the Afterglow Market shop.

Besides Primogems, Mora, Ascension Materials, players can obtain, Fireworks, exclusive Serenitea Pot Blue Prints, a Free 4-star Liyue character, 10 Free Intertwined Fates, and Ningguang Outift.

Ningguang - Orchid's Evening Gown

Ningguang's new skin shows the Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing (Liyue Government) in a Prussian Blue formal dress that resembles Crane's feathers, a recurrent theme in the Japanese Art in the Edo Period.

Players can obtain Ningguang Skins in the Afterglow Market, the Fleeting Colors in Light event Shop, by exchanging one of the two event currencies. After the event is over, Ningguang's Orchid Evening Gown will be available in the in-game store.

Keqing - Opulent Splendor

Opulent Splendor is the new skin for the Electro character Keqing. She is shown with a black gown with metallic blue details.

While Ningguang's skin is free, Keqing's skin will only be available in the in-game shop. During Genshin Impact the outfit will cost 1350 Genesis Crystals, roughly $20. After the event will cost 1650 Genesys Cristals.
