Ahead of the upcoming Genshin Impact 1.5 update, miHoYo have launched a new website called Beneath the Light of Jadeite.
The site offers visitors a fully interactive look at all the upcoming features of Genshin Impact 1.5, including characters, events, weapons, enemies, and artifacts.
Latest - Update Time Confirmed
In a blog post, miHoYo have confirmed the update time for the 1.5 patch.
Downtime will begin for the 1.5 update at 6 am UTC+8 on Wednesday, April 28th.
This is 6 pm EST/11 pm BST on Tuesday, April 27th.
Downtime is expected to last up to five hours.
Beneath the Light of Jadeite
The Beneath the Light of Jadeite preview site contains a wheel with five different icons on it.
Each icon represents a new set of features arriving in Genshin Impact 1.5.
The Character icon includes animated portraits of Eula, Zhongli, and Yanfei, each with three icons detailing their abilities in the game.
The Monster icon details Azhdaha and the Cyro Hypostasis, each accompanied by large illustrations of each boss.
The Events icon contains details and short clips of the upcoming Energy Amplifier Initiation, Battlefront: Misty Dungeon, Mimi Tomo, Wintrace, and A Teapot to Call Home events.
The Weapon icon gives a brief description of the new Claymore coming to Genshin Impact, the Song of Broken Pines.
Finally, the Artifact icon shows off the two new artifact sets, the Pale Flame, and Tenacity of the Millelith sets, and describes the bonuses of each set.
A Preview Worth Sharing
The Beneath the Light of Jadeite microsite is more of a brief introduction to Genshin Impact 1.5's features, not offering in-depth information at this point.
There is, however, a nice little bonus Genshin Impact players can earn from checking out and sharing the site.
Players who open the preview site in-game and share it on social media will earn a quick 20,000 Mora.
It is a nice reward for checking out a great little preview to what players can expect to see in Genshin Impact at the end of April.
