Brighton 'keeper Robert Sanchez (£4.7m) has been excellent for the Seagulls this season. It looks like more clean sheet points could be on the way as they face Bournemouth (A) and Crystal Palace (H) next.

Of course, if you have opted for either Alisson (£5.5m) or Ederson (£5.5m), then you're in safe hands for Gameweek 7.

Defenders

FPL managers aren't short of good options when it comes to premium defenders this week, with favourable fixtures coming up for two of the highest-owned defenders in Fantasy.

Trent Alexander-Arnold (£7.5m) plays host to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday and will expect to keep a clean sheet against a side struggling to score goals.

Reece James's (£6.1m) Chelsea travel to Craven Cottage to face Fulham, with the defender set to return to the wing-back role, providing a greater attacking threat.

fpl veltman

FPL managers may want to consider signing a Brighton defender despite the Seagulls having failed to keep clean sheets in their last two outings.

Joel Veltman (£4.6m) is a great budget option, with fixtures against newly promoted Bournemouth (A) and Crystal Palace (H) coming up next.

Reds right-back Diogo Dalot (£4.5m) provides good value as the starting full-back for Erik Ten Hag's Manchester United.

Midfielders

Mohamed Salah (£13.0m) will hope to bounce back from his blank in GW6 when Liverpool comes up against Wolves at Anfield in GW7.

The Egyptian has two goals and three assists to his name in six Premier League appearances so far this season.

Arsenal will host Everton on Sunday before travelling to face Brentford in GW8. These fixtures make their young guns - Bukayo Saka (£7.8m), Gabriel Martinelli (£6.5m) and Martin Odegaard (£6.5m) great FPL options.

fpl rashford

Manchester United winger Marcus Rashford (£6.5m) has to be mentioned after his 18-point haul against Arsenal in GW6.

The Red Devils will come up against Crystal Palace (A), Leeds (H) and Everton (A) within their next four fixtures, with a game against Man City (A) sandwiched in there.

Forwards

Erling Haaland (£12.0m) is our clear captaincy favourite for GW7. The Norway international striker is yet to blank in Fantasy, having picked up another goal and 9 points in GW6.

The 22-year-old also managed to net a brace during the week on his Manchester City Champions League debut against Sevilla.

Erling Haaland was substituted in the 70th minute on Tuesday night, indicating that he will be starting against Spurs on Saturday afternoon at the Etihad.

fpl haaland

Alexander Mitrovic (£6.8m) is the definition of 'fixture proof' in FPL.

The Fulham forward has scored six goals and earned seven bonus points in the last six gameweeks, blanking only once.

His 27 shots are more than any other player this season, while his 15 shots on target are joint-top with Erling Haaland (£12.0m).
