Goalkeepers

Thomas Tuchel has solidified Chelsea’s defence and the Blues have kept four clean sheets in a row, so Chelsea defenders and goalkeepers are a must.

Star Signing – Edouard Mendy (£5.2m)

SUPER SIGNING - Mendy has been a reliable performer for The Blues

Edouard Mendy has scored 31 points in his last four outings, making him the most in-form goalkeeper in the Premier League.

With games against West Brom and Crystal Palace coming up, Mendy could be in for some more points.

Bargain Buy – Illan Meslier (£4.7m)

UP AND COMER - Meslier has been linked to some big clubs across Europe

Leeds goalkeeper Illan Meslier is great value for money at £4.7m and will face the league's lowest-scoring team this week.

It could be a one-week wonder for Meslier though with a very tricky fixture schedule following the Sheffield game.

Defenders

The Chelsea wing-backs are difficult to predict right now, but Ben Chilwell, Reece James, and Marcos Alonso could all be strong options.

Star Signing – Luke Shaw (£5.2m)

TOP FORM - Shaw has been excellent throughout this season

One of the most in-form players in the Premier League, Luke Shaw has racked up 35 points in his past four matches.

United face Brighton at Old Trafford this week, so a fourth clean sheet could be on the way.

Bargain Buy – Stuart Dallas (£5.1m)

POINT MACHINE - Dallas plays mostly in midfield for Leeds

A quarter of all managers have Stuart Dallas in their sides, and with Sheffield United coming up there could be more points on the way.

Like Meslier, you may want to think about shifting Dallas out of your side after GW30.

Midfielders

The big hitters are still the way to go, with Bruno Fernandes and Mohamed Salah leading the charge from midfield.

Star Signing – Bruno Fernandes (£11.5m)

TOP OF THE PILE - Fernandes has more points than any other player

Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes has 30 more points than any other midfielder in fantasy football, so he is our pick this weekend.

Mohamed Salah and Heung-Min Son are the other two outstanding candidates with no other midfielders coming close to their season totals.

Bargain Buy – Jesse Lingard (£6.2m)

HE'S BACK - Lingard's form has seen him return to the England squad

Averaging eight points per appearance, you would be foolish to overlook Jesse Lingard for your team.

Lingard has games against Wolves, Leicester, and Newcastle coming up and could make the difference for David Moyes’ West Ham.

Forwards

Keep it simple and bring the top two strikers into your team this week.

Star Signing – Harry Kane (£11.6m)

CLINICAL - Kane is finding the net for club and country

There is only one choice for your striker, Harry Kane.

Way ahead of any of the other strikers this season, Kane faces Newcastle this weekend who have kept just one clean sheet in the past two months.

Bargain Buy – Patrick Bamford (£6.7m)

BUDGET OPTION - Bamford has been a surprise package this year

Nearly half of all managers have Patrick Bamford in their team, so don’t miss out.

Bamford has a 75% chance of playing, but he is sure to bag some points as Leeds play bottom club Sheffield.
