Liverpool 'keeper Alisson returned to the side with a clean sheet against Crystal Palace at the weekend.

The Reds host West Brom in their next fixture, who have scored just 10 goals all season - only Sheffield United and Burnley have found the net on fewer occasions.

Bargain Buy - Alex McCarthy (£4.6m)

Southampton will look to make it 6 clean sheets for the season, as they travel to Craven Cottage to play Fulham in their next fixture.

The Saints face a Fulham side who have struggled to find the net this season, having scored just 13 goals so far.

Dynamic defenders! Here's who we think will pick up clean sheet points in Gameweek 15.

Star Signing - Joao Cancelo (£5.5m)

Manchester City host Newcastle in their next fixture, as they look to pick up their fourth clean sheet in 5 games.

The Portuguese wing-back not only provides potential for clean sheet points, but is a constant attacking threat from which ever flank Guardiola deploys him on.

Bargain Buy - Joel Matip (£5.4m)

Joel Matip could be a great differential for Gameweek 15, as he is owned by only 1.4 % of FPL managers for Liverpool's home encounter with West Bromwich Albion.

The centre-back scored his first goal of the season in a 4-0 home win over Wolverhampton Wanderers in Gameweek 11, earning a total of 14 points, and has also supplied an assist in the Reds’ 7-0 victory at Crystal Palace last weekend, providing a further nine points.

Midfield magicians! Here are our top midfield options for Gameweek 15.

Star Signing - Mohamed Salah (£12.5m)

Here's your captain pick for Gameweek 14, having already scored 13 goals and registered 4 assists so far this season, the Egyptian will surely once again produce attacking returns in Gameweek 15.

West Brom have struggled defensively, conceding the second most goals of any Premier League team, with 29, and Salah's form at Anfield never seems to waver!

Bargain Buy - Anwar El Ghazi (£5.7m)

El Ghazi's 16 point haul against West Brom has drawn the attention of many FPL managers, as the Dutchman, selected by just 0.4% of managers, represents a quality differential.

Villa host a Crystal Palace side who conceded 7 in their last fixture, and with El Ghazi now on penalty duty, he could be worth a punt!

The talisman! Who will be finding the back of the net in Gameweek 15?

Star Signing - Roberto Firmino (£9.2m)

Bobby Firmino has re-found his form, scoring 2 goals and picking up 2 assists in his last two fixtures in the Premier League.

Klopp's men will look to punish Sam Allardyce's West Brom defence, who have been leaking goals all season.

Bargain Buy - Che Adams (£6.0m)

The Saints striker is enjoying his best season in the Premier League, with 4 goals and 5 assists to his name already.

Southampton travel to Craven Cottage in their next game, where Fulham have won just 1 out of a possible 7 games so far this season.

How to plan for upcoming Blank and Double Gameweeks

Managers must begin to plan ahead after the first Double Gameweek of 2020/21 FPL was confirmed.

Five matches that were originally scheduled for Gameweek 18 have been moved into Gameweek 19.

As a result, 10 sides will now blank in Gameweek 18 and instead play twice in the following round of fixtures.

The remaining 10 sides will play one match in each Gameweek.

Time to play your Wildcard?

There are a number of tactics to consider, with much depending on the number of chips still available to each manager.

Those with their first Wildcard remaining should look to play this in Gameweek 16, taking in as much information as possible on potential line-ups and injuries before finalising their squads.

Handily, the second Wildcard of the season is available once the Gameweek 16 deadline of 13:30 GMT on Monday 28 December has passed.

By playing their second Wildcard in Gameweek 17, managers could build their squads with players from Double Gameweek sides such as Chelsea, Leicester City, Liverpool and Manchester United.

Mo Salah and Bruno Fernandes will be major armband contenders for their two matches, while Jamie Vardy, Patrick Bamford and Jarrod Bowen play at home twice.

Use free transfers instead?

There is a strong case for remaining patient with the second Wildcard.

Many managers will instead focus their six free transfers from Gameweeks 14-19 on players with a Double Gameweek 19.

They can then play their Free Hit chip in Gameweek 18 to navigate the limited schedule and fill their squad with players who have a fixture.

Big-hitters from Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur, along with the likes of Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Wilfried Zaha and Callum Wilson, will be key targets in Gameweek 18.

Those managers could then play their Bench Boost chip in Double Gameweek 19, earning points from every player in their squad.

By using the second Wildcard in Gameweek 20, they can refresh their players for the subsequent fixtures.
