Fortnitemares is always one of the most popular events on the calendar each year and that's no different in 2022. As this year's event gets underway following Update 22.20 we have already seen a few new skins coming to the game.
More importantly, special quests are returning with some free rewards up for grabs based on how many you complete. Beware as it's a marathon and not a sprint, the rewards can't be unlocked until enough quests have been added to the game!

All Fortnitemares 2022 quests have now been revealed with two set to go live each day. This list gives you a nice head start on the competition!
Fortnitemares 2022 Quests
Two new Fortnitemares will be released each and every day for the two weeks that the event is live. The event is due to run until the next Fortnite update in two weeks' time.
Each day the quests are likely to release at 7 am PT / 10 am ET / 3 pm BST. The reason for just a few quests being released each day is to help sustain the excitement around Fortnitemares and prevent players from earning their rewards too quickly.
Fortnitemares 2022 Free Rewards
There are three free rewards available to earn for the two weeks that Fortnitemares is live. You will need to complete a certain amount of quests to unlock each reward. This is quite a common way for Fortnite to run an event and is similar to the Winterfest Format from last year.
Two new quests are unlocked each day and will be able to complete until Tuesday, 1 November. You can complete the daily quests as they unlock or wait until you have enough to unlock all of the free cosmetics.
You need to complete five quests for the Everything's End Glider, thirteen for the Chrome Cage Back Bling, and twenty-five for the Unmaker Pickaxe.
